Vintage Post & Rail Dinig Table and 6 Chairs on castors. Original and authentic Post & Rail in excellent vintage condition. This is one for lovers of 1970's style which is absolutely desirable today. This set has all the hallmarks of the era with rounded edges, leather detailing and rich tones of timber. The back rail of the chairs is a feature of Post & Rail and the chairs are on castors.
Post & Rail Furniture was established in the historic Rocks area of Sydney, Australia in 1986. The young team headed by Bruce Dowse and Peter Ryan sought to define an iconic style of Australian furniture. Their award-winning designs were picked up by retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Post & Rail was characterised by raw, natural finishes like thickly-oiled wood, Belgian velvet and soft suede.

Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

How we categorise condition of items
Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
