Precedent Furniture (USA) Porter Chair and Ottoman. Beautifully finished with hammered studs, this oversized armchair and matching ottoman is a wonderful accent chair. Comfy and snuggly, the blue grey fabric would suit both casual and formal living spaces. Dark stained wood feet. Imported from the US and in storage for a number of years, the chair is in excellent condition. The ottoman has a faint mark discernible in the fabric. Recommended retail price over $3,000

Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

How we categorise condition of items
Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
