Shipping & Pickup

1. Sydney buyers/ Sydney items:

For Sydney buyers purchasing an item located in Sydney, proceed to Checkout, select Ship and a delivery cost will be shown (apart from over-sized items which require a specific quote). Or, select Pickup to make your own arrangements.

2. All other locations:

We can organise professional delivery or you may select Pickup if the item is local to you.

Use the ‘Ask a Question’ button here on the item listing, tell us your name, email address and postcode and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote from one of our trusted delivery partners.

3. Timing

Ordinarily Local deliveries can take 1-10 business days to arrange, depending on availability of buyer and seller. Interstate deliveries average a 2 week turnaround, sometimes longer depending on transport schedules.

4. Delivery Quotes

Delivery charges are based on point to point shipping from seller to buyer. Prices are considerate of:

• shipping from the seller’s postcode to the buyer’s
• the size and composition of the item
• items are usually blanket wrapped, sometimes boxed
• buyers and sellers do not need to assist with moving furniture items

In order to provide a valid quote, buyers are obliged to inform us if access to deliver an item is restricted by a lift, stairs, narrow access, steep access, parking limitations, distance from truck parking to the door and so forth.

5. Pickup terms

To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:

• larger items must be collected by a two person team
• sellers are not required to assist
• items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
• risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

6. Questions

We would be happy to discuss shipping and own delivery arrangements. You may also use this link to Contact Us. Remember to state your postcode and quote the Product ID.

We fully understand you might want to see, touch and assess an item in person before purchasing. Please request an inspection using the “ASK A QUESTION’ button on the listing. All listings show the city and postcode so you can tell if it’s in your area.

We do not release payment to the Seller until you have had a chance to inspect your purchase. You have 24 hours after delivery to notify us of any issues with how we have described your purchase.

Please see our Returns Policy for full details of how to return a purchase for any other reason, including change of mind within 48 hours of delivery occurring, or what to do if the first 48 hours has lapsed.
