Beautiful mahogany dining table and set of 8 chairs. The table can extend (as pictured, with 2 leaves) to seat 10 people. This dining table has been lovingly cared for over many years. An enduring and elegant style that would be lovely with the traditional chairs or take just the table and bring it into the present day with an eclectic set of contemporary designer dining chairs. The set of 8 balloon back upholstered chairs are in fine condition as is or could be reupholstered to suit individual taste. Held by the same family since the 1970s. Delivery Limitations
In order to provide a valid quote, buyers are obliged to inform us if access to deliver an item is restricted by a lift, stairs, narrow access, steep access, parking limitations, distance from truck parking to the door and so forth.
Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

How we categorise condition of items
Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
