'As New' King Living Delta 3 modular sofa. The set includes a chaise and Delta chair, 2 Panama cushions in matching fabric, 2 sets of bed brackets and a set of magic joiners. This set comes with additional joiners that enables the sofa to be configured into a corner suite. It has been upholstered in a superior Richmond fabric which is a lovely silvery grey eucalyptus colour. It is less than one month old (Delivered 16th January 2024) and in near new condition. Delivery Limitations
In order to provide a valid quote, buyers are obliged to inform us if access to deliver an item is restricted by a lift, stairs, narrow access, steep access, parking limitations, distance from truck parking to the door and so forth.
Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition:Â New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition:Â used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition:Â used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition:Â needs to be repaired to be able to be used
