Hans J. Wegner CH24 Wishbone Chairs produced by Carl Hansen & Søn. An iconic chair designed in 1950. Taking its name from the characteristic Y-shaped back more than 100 steps are required to manufacture each Wishbone Chair, most of which are carried out by hand. The frame is of steam bent wood and the hand-woven seat is crafted from approximately 120 meters of paper cord, the impressive durability and stability of which makes the chair both strong and long-lasting. The Wishbone Chair is immediately recognisable for its aesthetic and elegant qualities that capture the essence of modern Danish design. Selling as a set of 4. Black frame and black seats. Authentic maker's mark visible under the seat. Recommended retail price $1,080 each.

- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
