Condition: Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound. Reupholstered.
Alterations and defects: Approximately 4 years old, structurally sound, high quality components from Flexform. Some separation of edging of leather at feet that do not affect strength as the feet have metal core. Scuff marks on leather feet. Damage to lining fabric and foam layer in four patches (in varying degrees) that does not affect wear and is not visible when cushions in place. Could be patch repaired. The fabric upholstery is fully removable for cleaning. Both sofas require cleaning and until then it is not clear whether some stains will persist.

To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
