Purchased from Fanuli Furniture this Drake Martin Spotted Gum Dining table is a sleek and beautifully crafted piece of furniture. It comfortably seats 10 and with its clean lines and refined detail would look beautiful in any dining space. It has never been in direct sunlight and has no scratches on the table top. RRP $6050.

Alterations and defects: There is a thin crack on one of the legs (shown in photo) and the table top is slightly sinking over one of the legs (shown) due to the wood expanding and contracting because of the recent wet weather. This however could be easily fixed with a holding clamp. The table is fully functional and structurally extremely sound.

In order to provide a valid quote, buyers are obliged to inform us if access to deliver an item is restricted by a lift, stairs, narrow access, steep access, parking limitations, distance from truck parking to the door and so forth.
Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition:Â New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition:Â used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition:Â used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition:Â needs to be repaired to be able to be used
