Fil de Fer is a lighting fixture handmade of shaped, woven aluminium wire, lit on the inside by 10 dimmable bulbs. Designed and made by Enzo Catellani almost 20 years ago, it is the most iconic lighting fixture in the Catellani & Smith range. It functions as both a piece of art and a lamp which casts shadows across the room, and fits both classic and modern decor. This is the older aluminium version with a 40 cm diameter and ten halogen bulbs of 10W. It has been updated with a newer foot switch that is equipped with a dimmer.

Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

How we categorise condition of items
Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition:Â New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition:Â used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition:Â used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition:Â needs to be repaired to be able to be used
