It was a customised order with James Said, with an extra broad seating depth at 120cm, and an added pull out sofabed. This sofa is ideal for a media room or living room where the whole family can relax in comfort and style. It is brand new but unfortunately the large piece of the sofa does not fit through the hallway of the house and so it is reluctantly needing to be sold. It is a gorgeous modular sofa in two large pieces. The style is sophisticated contemporary with armrests and high back for seating comfort. RRP $20,800

- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
