Sofabed from Artifex with queen size inner spring mattress. Made in Australia by Artifex, Perth. High quality construction with contemporary design that will stand the test of time. Incredibly comfortable sofa that has hardly been used. No dents or impressions in cushions. Quality Mokum fabric in attractive nut brown colour with an irridescent finish. Heavy weave for durability and comfort.
This is a heavy item that would not suit delivery to a restricted access location. In excellent pre-loved condition.

Delivery Limitations
In order to provide a valid quote, buyers are obliged to inform us if access to deliver an item is restricted by a lift, stairs, narrow access, steep access, parking limitations, distance from truck parking to the door and so forth.
Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
