Jardan modular sofa to custom dimensions. Beautiful long chaise and return. Cream textured fabric. 5 back cushions and 4 scatter cushions in two sizes, all same fabric. A couple of faded minor marks on seat area. Please note the sofa is in two pieces, with the largest piece being 2.8m x 97cm which may not suit access to all houses/apartments. A great sofa for a TV room or any living space where comfy seating to sprawl on is key.

Delivery Limitations
In order to provide a valid quote, buyers are obliged to inform us if access to deliver an item is restricted by a lift, stairs, narrow access, steep access, parking limitations, distance from truck parking to the door and so forth.
Organising Own Delivery
To keep the process as smooth as possible for our sellers please note the following terms and conditions for buyers making their own arrangements to collect a purchased item:
- larger items must be collected by a two person team
- sellers are not required to assist
- items for collection will not be packed or wrapped
- risk passes to the buyer from the moment of pick-up

How we categorise condition of items
Items are categorised as follows:
Excellent condition: New or as new, never used or, hardly used with very minor signs of wear
Very Good condition: used, shows signs of acceptable wear and tear
Moderate condition: used, shows obvious signs of wear and tear, needs some TLC though structurally sound
Poor condition: needs to be repaired to be able to be used
